Fiona spent almost 20 years in global investment markets before leaving in 2017 to focus on work that mattered more to her. She holds an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, researching how spirituality, meaning, purpose and authenticity actually show up in people's lives.
She's spoken in over 30 countries, was a semi-finalist in the 2022 Nordic Business Forum global speaking contest, and now coaches purpose-driven leaders and entrepreneurs alongside writing Expression, her Substack on living a fully-expressed life. She lives in Dublin.
